Starting from the production process, there are two types of core connection methods in the production process of solid wood ecological boards: finger joint and flat joint. Flat joint core is the splicing method for the majority of ecological board cores, mainly to distinguish it from finger joint core. Finger joint core means that the Flat noodles of the board core are spliced by finger joint. The board core produced in this way is called finger joint core. The splicing method of finger joint increases the strength of the board core, which is superior to flat joint in terms of bending resistance and nail holding force, and is very firm. The finger joint interface does not require the use of adhesive for reinforcement, which can be said to be very environmentally friendly.
